A brief history. The original "plasma lamp" was invented by Nikola Tesla, during his experimentation with high-frequency currents in an evacuated glass tube for the purpose of studying high voltage phenomena. Tesla called his invention an "inert gas discharge tube". Mr Tesla was an inspiration to us all and should be studied if the name means nothing to you. We're proud to offer variations of this wonderful invention from small to large. If you're a music producer these look particularly appealing atop your studio monitors or outboard racks.
