Shipping Policy
When you place your order, we aim to prepare your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, during peak seasons, shipment may take longer so please take this into consideration when ordering. During the very busiest seasons we will ship orders no later than 4 days after orders are received.
When you order multiple products, the orders may come from different designers. In this case, you may will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Order Fulfilment
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5pm GMT or 12.00pm CST will be processed the next working day.

Items within our "Just-pay-shipping" range vary in cost. This is entirely dependent on each item.
International Shipping
We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. Outside the United Kingdom, United States, Canada & Australia customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently & with compensation for the customer.
Where can I look up my order status?
You can track your order via our Track My Order page on our stores homepage main menu. Please allow for 48hrs after ordering to receive an active tracking number.
