Refund & Returns Policy



MAN MODE OPERATES A 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PRINCIPLE. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE WILL PROVIDE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PROVIDING TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SATISFIED.

All sales are final upon placing the order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

If you cancel your order (within 24 hours after purchase timestamp) BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you may be granted a refund but you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and for charges afforded to MAN MODE for refunds by credit card companies.

We implement this rule strictly because of the nature of our business. We provide “on demand” products which mean that when a customer orders, an order is fulfilled. The order made by the customer serves as an agreement, a binding contract which tells our suppliers to manufacture what the customer wants to receive.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items.  This is the most common example which we cannot honour. if we want to continue offering great value at MAN MODE. The buyer should ensure they are intent  on buying before submitting an order, not after. 
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. Buyers should be confident that they are ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/or item is broken or if the item has not been received past the longest estimated delivery period due to our own administrative errors. If you have any questions on if you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@manmode.store

We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@manmode.store

Note that you have to contact us before you initiate any requests. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove your refund requests depending if we see fit with our policy or a violation against our policy.

Returns (if eligible)

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will NOT be eligible for refund. You MUST contact us within 28 days of receiving the order.

Request your Return Authorization by emailing support@manmode.store with a your reason for return, and supporting evidence i.e pictures or a video of the product that supports your request. Once approved please return your item to us at:

To protect your refund please use a trackable mail service, MAN MODE will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Once received your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 5 working days, first check with your bank and credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on you statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@manmode.store for further assistance.
